SouceMac Developments was founded by two business minded father and son duos, Anderson MacDonald and his father Russell, alongside Brady Soucy and his father Bryan. As close family friends with strong backgrounds in business, we saw a natural opportunity to combine our strengths and collaborate on something impactful. Driven by shared values and a commitment to building something of our own, we decided to focus our efforts on creating a company rooted in trust, efficiency, and smart decision-making.

Our mission is simple: build homes and communities that are both affordable and beautiful for the people of New Brunswick. We believe that quality living shouldn’t come at an unattainable price, and we work hard to keep craftsmanship, function, and value at the heart of every project.
