SouceMac develops and builds its own residential projects. We do not offer custom home building services on client-owned land. All homes we sell are part of developments we plan and construct ourselves. That being said, we do offer custom home builds on SouceMac-owned land.

Our projects are located in the greater Saint John, New Brunswick area, including Rothesay, Quispamsis, and surrounding communities. Locations are selected based on long-term growth and demand.

In some cases, early purchase opportunities may be available depending on the project. Availability varies, so we recommend contacting us directly for current opportunities.

Our homes are designed for long-term value and quality living. While some of our properties may be used as rentals, SouceMac primarily builds and sells finished homes rather than marketing properties specifically for investor purchases.

We do not provide direct financing. Buyers typically arrange financing through their bank or mortgage provider.
